Prosecutors allege a suspect used a crowbar to get into the Hamilton, Ohio home where firefighter Patrick Wolterman died. William "Billy" Tucker, of Richmond, Kentucky, is charged with two counts of aggravated arson and murder for allegedly starting the fire at his uncle’s home. Prosecutors say the uncle, 66-year-old Lester Parker, solicited Tucker to light the fire. Parker faces the same charges.
