Click to subscribe: http://bit.ly/Sub-CCxRC — If you haven’t learned by now, you’ll know that I have been on a mission to see what the Traxxas X-maxx can handle. I’ve bashed it hard, soared it through the air, let my 6-year-old son drive it and now I’m taking it through a rocky riverbed to see if it comes out alive.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND TRYING THIS UNLESS YOU ARE AWARE OF THE PROCESS NEEDED TO CLEAN AND DRY IT AFTERWARDS. I KNEW GOING IN THAT IT MAY NOT WORK AFTER I WAS DONE, BUT WANTED TO SEE WHAT IT COULD HANDLE.

The waterproofing on this held up really well, but the challenge was a bit much because the rocky terrain in the river made it keep getting stuck. It’s pretty impressive to see the water fly from the tires as it floated in the current until it got hung up on the rocks. More to come from our time here in Boone, NC but this is a taste of something new. Have fun RCing!

I bought my X-maxx at from a local hobby shop, Debbie's RC World: http://bit.ly/DRCW_X-MAXX
