WELCOME to my third flight review in 2017. On 24th January, I flew Japan Airlines JL736 service from Hong Kong (HKG) to Tokyo Narita (NRT). The operating aircraft was a Boeing 787-8. As I am a Oneworld Sapphire member, I have access to priority check-in, priority boarding and access to the lounges in HKG.

JAL flies to HKG from NRT and Tokyo Haneda (HND). HKG-HND is operated by a larger Boeing 777-200ER featuring the newest economy class seat, premium economy class seats and business class seats. Its Oneworld partner, Cathay Pacific, flies five times per day to NRT and two times per day to HND. All Nippon Airways, Jetstar Japan and Ethiopian Airlines are some other airlines that fly between the cities.
