MALAYSIA AIRLINES A330-300 Economy with EXTRA legroom! HKG-KUL

WELCOME to my 11th flight in 2018! On 18th April, I flew Malaysia Airlines MH73 service from Hong Kong (HKG) to Kuala Lumpur (KUL). The operating aircraft was an Airbus A330-300. As I am Oneworld sapphire member, I have access to priority check-in, priority boarding and access to any Oneworld business class lounges in HKG.

MH flies three times a day from KUL to HKG (2x B737 & 1 A330), its Oneworld partner Cathay Dragon flies to KUL four to five times a day using A330-300. Air Asia and Malindo Air also fly between the cities with their A320 and B737. None of the airlines in Skyteam and Star Alliance fly between the cities. Occasionally, during peak seasons, Malaysia Airlines upgrades the A330 service to an A380. HKG will soon see a mixture of MH A330-200 (ex Air Berlin), A330-300 and B737-800.
