So far we've seen evidence of life insurance policies, massive amounts of debt, cell phone search history & deleted text messages, and the book she published "Are You With Me?" (written to "create peace and comfort for children who have lost a loved one"). After bail was denied earlier this week, Richins filed a $1.9 million lawsuit against the estate of her late husband, who she is accused of murdering... You. Can't. Make. This. Stuff. Up.

➜ FTX Sues Hollywood Super Agent & Political Mover for $700 Million - FTX (or, more appropriately, the bankruptcy estate) has sued Michael Kives, former aide to Hillary Clinton & agent of Kate Hudson (& others), and his company K5 Global seeking to recover $700 million that Sam Bankman-Fried authorized be transferred to Alameda. Kives was apparently integral to celebrity endorsements, etc. and SBF once described him as “probably, the most connected person I’ve ever met,” and “a one-stop shop” for political relationships and celebrity partnerships...
