➜ Erika Girardi wins her appeal - the Trustee did not meet its burden of proving that the earrings were property of the bankruptcy estate, yet the earrings have already been sold and purchased at auction by Ron Richards, an attorney remarkably invested in the case... So what happens now?

➜ The FTX debtors just filed their adversary proceeding against Sam Bankman-Fried, Gary Wang, and Caroline Ellison. The complaint lays out new allegations that include details of the $10 million "loaned" to Bankman-Fried's father, SBF openly claiming Alameda is "unauditable", etc. The same day this adversary proceeding was filed, the New York Times ran a story on Caroline Ellison, the government's star cooperating witness in SBF's prosecution. The only problem is the information for the story was leaked by none other than Mr. Bankman-Fried himself and the DOJ isn't happy about that!
