Welcome to Friday Night Frenzy! There's been a lot of developments in cases I've been covering, and of course they all happen in a single week. We've got a lot to cover this week, and it finally includes some courtroom coverage!

🚨 On the docket 📢 -

➜ Kouri Richins' "Walk The Dog" Letter. Utah mom, Kouri Richins, 33, is facing charges for allegedly poisoning her late husband with a lethal dose of fentanyl in March of 2022 with a Moscow mule she made for him in celebration after closing a business deal. Richins is detained without bail as her trial approaches, but that didn't stop her from sending a letter from jail that got the prosecutors seriously concerned.

➜ Kowalski v. Johns Hopkins. This is a case we've been tracking for a while, Florida arising out of circumstances documented in the Netflix documentary: "Taking Care of Maya". Opening statements began on Thursday and the plaintiffs began presenting their evidence today.

➜ Ruby Franke & Jodi Hildebrant Search Warrants. Search warrants were executed on the residence of Jodi HIldebrant and Ruby Franke. The items discovered during the search are fairly troubling.

➜ Google Maps Sued Following Driver's Death. Philip Paxson, a 47-year-old Navy veteran, died as he drove back alone from his daughter’s 9th birthday party on the night of Sept. 30, 2022. Paxton was using Google Maps for directions as his route allegedly lead him off a unmarked, unbarricaded collapsed bridge in North Carolina. The family is suing Google for negligence.
