Deadly crash on Northbound Interstate 5, just South of Lerdo Highway

The California Highway Patrol is on scene of a deadly crash on Northbound Interstate 5, just South of Lerdo Highway.  It happened just after 6:30 a.m. when a green Toyota Tacoma collided with an unknown vehicle.  CHP says a subject was laying on the ground on the right hand shoulder. One of the vehicles is blocking the number two lane, but traffic is flowing through the number one lane.  We have limited details at this time, but we will continue to update you on this as soon as we get more information.
