'It's Ruining Our Relationship': Homeless Woman Talks Addiction, Lack of Resources, Cold Weather

I interviewed a homeless woman while visiting one of the homeless encampments in Pittsburgh, PA. She talked with me about addiction, lack of resources, need for self-defense, cold weather and even mentioned pregnant homeless women having babies in tents.
