Thanksgiving - Small Business Style

Thankful... Blessed.. overwhelmed with gratitude... nothing without the team. Nothing without Trainers. Nothing without techs.. Nothing without managers. Nothing without location owners. Nothing without accountants, attorneys, insurance brokers, etc etc.

It takes a team... a collection of like-minded hard heads that always find a way...

You don't need perfection in small business. You just have to execute the plan and find a way to make it work... there is always a way...

The buck stops with the boss, but truth be told, while I am involved in every aspect of Ridgeside K9 - I don't have to be. The team is so strong, so experienced - they do it at scale day after day after day!!!

Stressed but highly blessed...
