Russians are preparing positions for winter conditions

Soldiers of the Central Military District motorised rifle regiment are preparing their deployment areas in the Krasny Liman direction for winter conditions. Floors are being laid in already dug dugouts and partitions are being made in rooms to accommodate personnel. Particular emphasis is placed on the protection of deployed personnel from artillery shelling and copters with drops. The coverings of the dugouts are made in three layers and covered with soil.

To provide heat, trench stoves are welded at the field metalworking station, supports and fastenings for dugouts are made. Also, military personnel regularly receive humanitarian aid. Concerned citizens are sending bottles of drinking water, hygiene products and medicines to the front. Including humanitarian supplies, Central Military District military personnel receive camouflage nets with constant letters in which Russian citizens contact them with wishes of health, patience and a speedy return home.
