"President Barack Obama delivered his 2014 State of the Union address to Congress on Tuesday. The president spent the majority of the time discussing the American economy before addressing a number of foreign policy issues. However, some of the most contentious issues currently facing the US, such as NSA surveillance, drones, immigration and gun control, were largely ignored. Liz Wahl talks to RT correspondent Meghan Lopez and producer Katie Fischer about the speech, then Lopez takes a closer look at the real state of the union.
