Kent family firm launch Christmas ad to rival John Lewis's tear jerker

A small family-run Firm is competing with John Lewis for this year's best Christmas advert by launching its own tear jerker.

Herringbone Kitchens have produced a touching film telling the story of a girl more excited to make her parents pancakes than open her presents, and features an adorable stuffed lamb called Leroy.

The one minute 40 second ad from the Canterbury based firm has already been watched more than 14,000 times on social media.
