Frm. deputy sentenced to 15 years for exploitation

A former Sarasota County deputy has been sentenced to 15 years in prison for exploiting an elderly woman he befriended while on the job. Authorities say Frank Bybee became friends with an elderly woman then sold her dog on Craiglist and tried to steal $65,000 from her.
