In Florida, 911 dispatch received multiple calls regarding a reckless driver swerving across double yellow lines and into the grass. When Deputies made contact with the woman, they noticed two children in the back seat, both appearing to be under the age of five, the woman was so drunk she could not stand and her speech was incoherent and slurred.
