Giving up real self for attachment

Whenever you feel anxious or as I like to call it ALARMed, try to identify the physical sensations of alarm in the body rather than getting caught up in anxious thoughts.

Focusing on your worry or worst-case scenarios can exacerbate anxiety.

Instead, the focus should be on searching the body for physical sensations of alarm, such as in the throat, chest or belly.

Once these sensations are identified, steps can be taken to address the underlying causes of anxiety.

By doing this, you can avoid getting trapped in a cycle of anxious thoughts that can be difficult to break.

PS. I wrote THE book on healing anxiety so that you don’t have to suffer as I did.

And I’ve decided to give away a FREE CHAPTER of my book. Click the link in my bio to download it💙
