I had a chat with Laszlo and Benedek about the newly announced golden visa in Hungary which would give investors access to the Schenghen Area.
It would appear that a €250,000 investment in a local real estate fund, or a €500,000 in a standalone property would qualify investors. We also discussed the potential impact on the Budapest real estate market.
