RFK Jr.’s Thanksgiving Thoughts On Gratitude

Gratitude is a choice, but it didn’t come naturally to me. Then, one day, I woke up and realized that complaining all the time was like praying for bad things to happen. I began to remind myself of all the people and things I was thankful for and to see why even the most tragic events in my life gave me gratitude. It wasn’t easy, but good things started for me after that. I hope you can all have a happy, grateful Thanksgiving.
