A 58-year-old East Lansing woman is charged with second-degree

The woman has been charged after she allegedly watched the woman go outside without proper clothing during a blizzard. A snowplow driver found the woman partly buried in the snow around 7 a.m. and the woman died at Sparrow Hospital.
