From the website, "Dwayne McClure is a student of one of the "Godfathers of the Right", Morton Blackwell, a 12th generation South Carolinian, and political strategist, Dwayne’s experience began at the mere age of fourteen when he served as field representative for his local Republican State House Candidate. Dwayne went on to be tapped as Political Director in two subsequent re-election campaigns. From that point on Dwayne knew he was called to the political sphere.

During his Political Science and Public Administration studies at University of Tennessee, Dwayne created a successful political strategy company, Livia Strategies, from his dorm room. After college, Dwayne served as an Assistant to the South Carolina House Rules and Regulations Committee while also advising numerous State House, State Senate, and Federal level candidates throughout the Southeast. Prior to selling his company and taking a sabbatical in March 2020, Dwayne had worked to expand Livia to include every level of race and initiative for more than fifty causes in fifteen US States and Canada.

Seeing the state of affairs in our current political climate, Dwayne knew he had to get back to being involved in righting America and by August was advising again. Dwayne has seen what it takes for the Conservative Candidate to succeed and why they too often fall short. With his vast experience and stellar track record, we are honored to have Dwayne as a founding member and Executive Director of the America First P.A.C.T..

The America First P.A.C.T. is a national coalition of coalition of candidates, elected officials and community groups committed to enacting America First policy at the city, state, and federal levels of government.‍.
