The Army is prepping medium-range missiles to aim at China after they got themselves out of that pesky treaty that prevented them from doing just that. They're also testing precision missiles with "nominal" results. I don't like the sound of "nominal" results on missiles, do you? All of this to prep for a war with China that has bi-partisan support.
