The left has long spread the lie that trickle-down economics means that the government gives money to the rich in hopes that it will trickle-down the the rest.

In reality trickle-down economics exists as the path of most resistance from the few who have some type of seed idea for a new goods and/or service that they desire to bring to market, which in turn empowers trickle-down job opportunities to the many.
