Queensland Doubles First Home Owner Grant (Increases Property Prices)

Queensland, Australia has just increased the First Home Owners Grant from $15,000 to $30,000. Yes, this will help a small number of people, but it's just a bandaid solution that does nothing to address the root cause of the current housing crisis - which is massive speculative demand for property combined not enough houses to cope with the mass migration agenda.
