Police officers help mom caught stealing

Two North Carolina police officers decided to help a mom caught stealing instead of putting her in jail. The mother told the police officers that she was unable to work because of a traumatic brain injury and her children had not eaten in three days. The police officers delivered a basket full of groceries to the family.
