SNES Hidden Gem Exhaust Heat II (aka F1 ROC II)

Exhaust Heat II is an F-Zero-Like, SNES racing game that I think falls into hidden-gem territory. This game is known in America as F1 ROC II (Formula One Race Of Champions II), and it moves along quite nicely thanks, in part, to the ST010 chip.

The game features an f-zero-style rotating background layer for track graphics, 26(?) cars on track, a career mode, 3 drivable cars, and a decent number course layouts.
