Finally Phase 2 of our #DIO / #diy Coop we call the Flockn Clubhouse. This large walk in duck // goose, flock or chicken #coop, with reinforced dry pour concrete slab and critter proofing we designed.

Hello Rumble neighborhood,

We also want to see if we figured out a way to improve the coops longevity in our new home state of Texas very unexpectedly year round humid weather. Yea we thought Texas was going to be hot but not sticky hot 🥵. Something we experienced little of in our small coastal CA evenly temperate town. Kinda shocked us a bit to see how fast your builds literally go south here. So with some adjustments we did on we hope to be a "permanent" coop build. We'll be posting updates to see if it can at least outlast 4 years before needing repairs. Like our first temp coop showed signs of, subscribe to get notified for these updates.

I think it took me just as long to edit this video to try and cram the jist of a few months build in a few minutes, hopefully answer the main how to questions, why and unknown tips for the beginner diy builders like The Mrs. This is our collaborated effort of building & designing our own permanent basic large walk in duck & goose house, which just so happens to be our first permanent outdoor building on our property as well. This coop is replacing our first temporary chicken coop. We also answer a couple of questions about our dry pour concrete slab that you will be able to check out more in this video too.

This build could be used for a chicken coop, rabbit house, bird house, #reptile habitat or a green house. You will need different roofing material for a green house, but I am sure you thought of that already. We will be adding more phases of our Flockn Clubhouse build for our feathery livestock coop & habitat as it gets the finishing touches or adjustments with our gained duck & goose raising experience. So be sure to turn notification 🔔 on if you're interested in keeping up. Also please be sure to watch video all the way through. I tend to add text information too. It may answer a question you may you have but did not hear. In case you're just listening to information.
