‘Argentinian Trump’_ Argentina elects 'anti-woke' conservative as president

“Argentina has just elected a president that is conservative, he is a libertarian, he is vehemently anti-Marxist, anti-woke,” Ms Panahi said.

“Javier Milei has been called far right, he has been called an extremist, and his rise to power has triggered all the usual lefties who haven't been this disturbed since Giorgia Meloni was elected as Italy's leader.

“Argentina has elected Javier Milei after the left wreaked havoc in that country, its once prosperous now the economy is in ruins, inflation running at between 120 and 150 per cent annually.”

Ms Panahi sat down with Sky News contributor Kosha Gada to discuss Javier Milei's plans as President and if he is able to “turn the ship around” amid the country's economic crisis.
