The 15 minute city utopia. You will go no where and be happy.. These are called ULEZ cameras.. The so called 'Ultra Low Emission Zone'.. They capture licence plate numbers.. If you drive in the ULEZ.. which is now pretty much all of UK London and the outskirts.. you must pay a tax of £12.50 ($20) per day if your car does not meet the fake climate change low emission standards.. It is an attempt to legitimize the climate change hoax and part of a depopulation plan to reduce the 'so called emissions' to below 0.4% carbon dioxide so plant life will die and humanity wont be able to sustain itself making the populations dependant on the Zionist Globalist elite. It is also a fundraising tax on the poorest people.. the people who cannot afford to buy a brand new low emission vehicle are the ones who have to pay this fee...
