I am 60 years old and I have never had a mammogram. I was not willing to take the risk of consenting to a mammogram. To me it isn't worth the risk they pose as repeated Radiation causes cancer and compression can spread cancer if present.

Millions of women have been over diagnosed and treated for cancer they didn't have or that would not have interfered with their living of life. Not to mention the millions of cancers they have missed.

There are many studies quoted in my documentary, A Breast Expose and here is a new one from JAMA:

Some women are told the "have to" have a mammogram. That is simply not true and is a fear mongering tactic. You have the legal and civil "right" to refuse any medical treatment or screening as well as utilize other options, like a Thermogram (physiological test) or an ultrasound (particularly if you feel a lump). Neither of these tests cause or spread cancer.

Mammograms, Thermograms, Ultrasounds, MRI, PET...screenings do not "diagnose" any disease - you would need a biopsy (which will spread cancer) or a blood test to confirm if a cancer is present.

Prevention is key and if you are diagnosed with cancer or any disease I highly recommend working with a functional or holistic practitioner to help you navigate your unique healing journey. The medical industrial complex has been shoving cut, burn and poison strategy down our throats for a century!! It leads to grave harm, suffering and in too many cases a horrific death (like the one my mom suffered).

I am 60 years old, my mother died when she was only 49, five years after her diagnosis, leading to reoccurrence, unbearable suffering and a horrific death. No one "wins" a battle with disease, and the families suffer as well. Is it time to treat cancer as a chronic illness and give folks a chance to discover their chosen course of action, as to this day - we still don't have the magical cure they keep promising us.

Be courageous, do your own research and take the responsibility for your health.

Be well!
