Lung fish

Lungfish are capable of surviving out of water for extended periods, ranging from several months to years, by breathing air. Their ability to extract oxygen from the air allows them to endure drought conditions. However, the exact duration depends on factors like species, age, and environmental conditions. Some species of lungfish have been known to survive in mud or aestivate during dry periods until water becomes available again.
