What current NBA player deserves to be posterized more than Dillon Brooks?

This near dunk attempted by Russell Westbrook was so awesome and couldn’t have been over a more irritating player than Dillon Brooks. Some may disagree with that but it really couldn’t happen to a better guy. It’s just too bad Russ didn’t actually flush it home. Although, he did laugh in Brooks face after smashing him palm in it.
