January 6 provoked
By Terry A. Hurlbut
On the afternoon of November 17, Rep. Mike Johnson (R-La.), Speaker of the House of Representatives, released the “J6 files.” These Capitol surveillance video files demonstrate that the January 6 event was not nearly as violent as detractors of former President Donald J. Trump insist. At least, it was not that violent – at first. But the Capitol Police did something to make it turn violent. They fired rubber bullets, tear gas, and stun grenades into a totally inoffensive crowd, without warning. Then the crowd turned violent, producing the videographic “evidence” the Biden administration and its Democratic/RINO lackeys have trumpeted ever since. Thus the January 6 event is beyond a false-flag pseudo-operation, and constitutes entrapment.
What the January 6 files show
Speaker Johnson’s decision to release the January 6 files has set up the undoing of the entire “insurrection” narrative. (By the way, these are not “tapes,” because videotape has been obsolete as a videographic recording and playback medium for years. Modern surveillance systems capture video into computer-readable files.)
The latest developments come from ZeroHedge and The Gateway Pundit. Tyler Durden at ZeroHedge embeds this post by Brandon Straka, showing Capitol Police inviting people in.

At issue is one Matthew Perna, who thought he could cop a plea and do six to twelve months. But only after he offered that plea, the Justice Department told him they would seek an “enhancement” of his charges relating to terrorism. That would come with a minimum sentence of nine years. On the strength of that news, he hanged himself.
But then Durden resurrects an argument by an account calling itself “InvestigateJ6” that happened two months ago. Where this accountholder obtained the footage he embeds, he won’t say. Now that Speaker Johnson has pledged the release of all the footage, the public might see it in full context.
Here is an argument he had with some other users:

https://twitter.com/InvestigateJ6/status/1713755245333876984
Thus far no other outlet has picked up on this story. But Jim Hoft – also an individual plaintiff in Missouri v. Biden – seems to believe it. And thus far, no one is contradicting it.
Possible body cam footage – and the establishment strikes back
In addition, Alicia Powe, who also writes for The Gateway Pundit, shared another revelation. Someone has uploaded more than two hundred video files, purporting to be police body cam footage, to the Wayback Machine. The account calls itself “January 6 Evidence” and boasts 230,849 uploads at time of posting. Ms. Powe’s article has the Wayback Machine links to at least two hundred of these files.
Beyond that, the release thus far consists of 90 files constituting 15 hours of footage. This footage looks unremarkable, as many X users have attested.

The establishment didn’t stand idly by. Former Rep. Liz Cheney (RINO-Wyo.), formerly the “Vice-Chair” (actually, ranking member) of the House Select Committee to Investigate the January 6 Attack, offered footage she, or someone, carefully chose for its violent content.

Sen. Mike Lee (R-Utah) immediately rounded on her:

Cheney then, incredibly, suggested that someone was impersonating the Senator.

Sen. Lee reasonably asked why the “January 6 Committee” failed to investigate how many paid informants the FBI had on the scene that day.

Then came this:

According to Jim Hoft, Philip Anderson almost got himself killed by police that day. Anderson also corroborates the account of Capitol Police firing first – a thing on which Liz Cheney never commented.
Analysis
Obviously Speaker Johnson saw fit to show that, at least at first, Donald Trump’s supporters were literally just visiting. And at first, Capitol Police officers were smiling and greeting them warmly.
Then something happened to make a small portion of that crowd turn violent. We now have corroborated proof of what that something was. The Capitol Police opened fire with rubber bullets, tear gas, and stun grenades, without warning. In so doing they violated a statute clearly requiring them to give warning.
Liz Cheney saw fit to share footage that she in fact shared from her official Congressional account. That footage showed often graphic violence. But she did not reveal what triggered the violence. Like the nefarious club to which she belonged, she presented the footage as if the crowd had come barging onto the Capitol grounds, spoiling for a fight. The new footage from the Committee on House Administration belies that narrative. Everything was peaceful, until certain Capitol Police officers attacked the crowd without warning.

So we have the Capitol Police inciting a riot and blaming it on the people they fired upon. We also have seven Members of Congress – the members of that Committee – guilty of misprision of a felony. More to the point, we have entrapment. At least four people have committed suicide on the strength of it.
Under the law, one who frames another, suffers the same punishment he wanted the other person to suffer. Something to think about …!
