UK food supply reality check. The lack of Organic food at New Covent Garden Market

I was told directly by vendors at New Covent Graden Market that Organic food was generally a myth. Most stores and supermarkets lie about what food is 'Organic'. This was echoed across the many people I met.

People who sell genetically modified vegetables and fruits only think of profit, over health, because people are not demanding healthier organic-grown foods only.

This realisation is so important for our future general health.
