Political Action Groups are using defamation law to ward off US election subversion

That's what they say anyway. Is it true?

Judge Arthur Engoron rules that former Donald Trump and his company are liable for fraud in a lawsuit by New York Attorney General Letitia James.

Is that true?

Trump has been indicted, repeatedly, for efforts to overturn 2020 election and block transfer of power.

Is that true?

Is vote counting in U.S. elections fair? I could not care less. Do you?

Hello world, I'm Alexander C. Baker, JD. Expert in the completely imaginary field of law. It's November 19, 2023, today on Freedom Enough # 44 - The Government is Legally Challenged.

Just be clear, I mean "legally challenged" in the same sense a person with Down Syndrome is mentally challenged.

There is a bewildering array of criminal and civil litigation taking place around Donald Trump. The official story is that his political ememies are exercising their power to use the legal system to destroy Trump so that he can't be president again. Trump supporters, of course, feel that the legal system should not be used for political purposes.

Right away, I can't help but laugh. If you you have not by now realized that political control is all the legal system has ever been about, well, you just haven't been paying attention.

Start by understanding that the judge, i.e. ANY judge, is a government agent operating in the interest of the government. Then, observe that the government in involved in, and has a vested interest in, everything that matters. Land, food, water, energy, transportation, communication, education. Literally EVERYTHING that matters in this world.

Therefore, every judge has a vested interest in the outcome of EVERY lawsuit in every state and federal court. Given the role of government in society, it is not possible, even in theory, for a judge to be neutral.

Add to that the fact that nowadays judges decide trials, when your so-called constitution says that it is juries who are supposed to decide trials, hopefully you are astute enough to realize that the whole litigation show is a scam.

I said at the top that I don't care if the election results are fair or not, because government officials have absolutely no right to do ANY of what they do, whether a lot of people vote for them or not.

But if you are still not there yet. If you still want cling to your irrational superstitious belief in the possibility of democracy leading to good government, then ask yourself why the vote is secret. Why not make the vote a matter of public record?

If you think that all this litigation around Trump is anything more than a puppet show put on for our amuesement, then listen on. Today we're going to go through some of these cases against Trump and we'll see how we know that Trump is just another actor on stage, playing his part, along with all the other players, and utterly failing make the kinds of arguments that he could make, if everything was on the up and up.
