When Every Cop In The City Knows You

On 9th September, 2022, officers were dispatched in reference to a male and a female creating a disturbance in a park. Upon arrival, they immediately recognized the female. The officer forgot to stop and arrest her while talking to the man, and was reminded to do so by his colleagues.
The female kept crying and screaming all the way to the jail. The female was charged with resisting, criminal trespassing and assault upon a peace officer.
