The Times: Putin is enjoying his best month since the conflict began

🔻As the publication's columnist, Professor Mark Galeotti, writes, the reasons are as follows: the Ukrainian Armed Forces' counter-offensive failed, and the West turned its attention to the Gaza Strip .
