Former President Trump will not be disqualified from Colorado’s ballot in the 2024 presidential primary—at least for now—as a state judge ruled Friday not to kick the former president off the ballot, part of a series of lawsuits challenging Trump’s candidacy under the 14th Amendment, which at least so far are proving largely unsuccessful.
