Delicious Rib Roast Recipe with Avocado Oil: A Perfect Medium Rare!
In this cooking tutorial, I prepared a mouthwatering rib roast using Neil's Sarap tasty bark, complemented with rosemary and thyme. After smoking the roast until the internal temperature reached approximately 125°F, I then elevated the temperature to 400°F and unleashed the sear plate, intensifying the heat for a heavenly searing experience.
The roast underwent a perfect sear on all sides until the internal temperature reached around 132°F. Following this, it rested in my cooler for an hour, allowing the flavors to meld before slicing.
