Motorway Crash With Illegal Vehicle in Heavy Traffic Leaves Drivers Shaken

This nasty rear-end crash happened on the Wellington Motorway in New Zealand. The front vehicle was not legal, safe, or registered for use on the road - and their brake lights did not work! Both drivers were shaken, and glad that it had not been worse and caused a huge pile-up, as there was a lot of traffic.
