Calling in Ringneck Pheasants.... Some say it can't be done

I've used this call with good success, it probably works 25% of the time it is used if birds are nearby and yet undisturbed. If they have busted you visually, game over and move on or sit and wait. Brief demo after I just flushed two hens within 50y.
