This was interesting - I wrapped 2 short lengths of heavy chain around a log, held the ends together and used them as handles - allowing a sort of clean followed by an iso -hold in the press - of course, you need to keep a tight grip on the chain - hold the log in front of you rather than over your head - and let the chains go loose and unravel as you lower the log (to keep from breaking your wrist). I also used the chains to do bent over rowing, shrugs and RDLs with the logs. Good stuff.
