When work gets too stressful, it can make you really anxious, like it did to me once.

I learned some cool ways to deal with it, like chilling out with meditation, staying active, and eating stuff that's good for you.

It's also important to be nice to yourself, just like you would be to a friend. Doing something fun, like playing a sport or a game, helps too.

If something at work is always bugging you, you've got to figure out what it is and fix it. And if things are really bad, it might be time to think about getting a different job.
