Excerpts from Hip Hinge + Upper Body Push day, part of my journey returning to the mats, and the second last class of the program! Almost there! PLEASE NOTE, these are only a fraction of the exercises; the complete program contains many more, with sequences, etc., which I've chosen not to share to respect the creator's work.

Part of the Build the Basics 101 program by @coachstevensahyoun, which I am using to rehab so as to return to martial arts safely, from the ridiculous spinal injuries and nerve damage. I can’t recommend this program enough! Nothing in it for me other than learning incredible body mechanics and functional foundation.

Stats: 53 y/o, 5,9, 165 lbs recovering from serious neck and back injuries plus nerve damage. All treated by Stem Cells at the @CellularPerformanceInstitute and recovering perfectly!
