At the 1994 World Population Summit in Cairo, Egypt, 160 Nations met to discuss the “over-population” and all agreed to reduced the population from 6 Billion to 800 Million by 2030. This was to be done through fluoridated water, man-made viruses and diseases, distributed through vaccines in the 1980’s.
