Should saying he’s autistic affect anything?

Are there a countless number of autistic people in the world?
Are they all attacking innocent people like this?
What if this were a 7 year old girl instead of an adult woman?
This boy,Depa, is 6-foot-6,and reportedly threatened to kill Naydich during his arrest.
