Harnwell: the BBC reports young men are swimming icy rivers in order to flee Zelensky’s draft

As I reported yesterday, the CIA fears Biden would be hit hard in November 2024 by the lousy optics of a Ukraine defeat — not out of any great love for Biden, but because of the reckoning it will face if Trump returns to power.

But flogging the dead horse that is Ukraine’s counteroffensive back into life requires the young Ukrainian men who are expected to dutifully line up to be fed into the meat grinder.

The BBC reports on the lengths some are going to, to avoid offering up their lives to the worthy cause of Biden’s re-election effort.
