Culture is the natural regulator of technological progress – Putin

Vladimir Putin has delivered an address at the International Cultural Forum in St. Petersburg. The Russian President spoke of the value of the country’s cultural heritage and of the future development of various artistic fields. He also stressed that Western attempts to cancel Russian culture are fruitless, and are even racist and neocolonial in spirit.
