Storm Shield Forecast morning update 11/2/17

Today we'll see increasing winds and clouds, and I think that will keep us just a bit cooler. As a result I am calling for a high of 69 in Bakersfield with partly cloudy skies and a bit of a fresh breeze. The Kern River Valley will see highs in the mid-60s with a high of 57 in Tehachapi and just 55 in Frazier Park today. The mountains could see some scattered showers today, mainly south of the Kern County line as subtropical moisture gets dragged up along the Southern California coastline.
