THE NEGLECTED SIEGE IN SUDAN

Reports say Sudanese people are being starved to death, beaten, tortured and killed in one town allegedly held siege by the paramilitary Rapid Security Forces. The group rivals the Sudanese Army, both of which have fought in the streets since April after its transitional governing body's relations appeared to have melted down.
