It seems clear to me that Joe is preparing the ground to make an early departure from office, and he will – in my opinion – endorse Gavin Newsom as his replacement in Election 2024. If Joe departs early, then Kamala would be first in line, and without objections about her eligibility, would be the first female President. However, since she was born in Oakland, California, according to the 14 Amendment, she is a “natural born citizen”, even though, at the time of her birth, neither of her parents were.
